MEP BIM TECHNICIAN - REVIT - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is involved in the Design, Installation and Service of
water purification systems for the Healthcare, Industrial, Municipal &
Pharmaceutical sectors.
Accurate BIM MEP modeling
Develop accurate 2D from BIM model
Create Revit families
Coordination and clash assessments and reports
Liaising with design teams, clients, architects, surveyors, engineers,
and project managers
Assisting engineers and senior managers with drawings and blueprints
Involvement in multiple projects simultaneously
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum relevant NFQ Level 6 qualification
* year’s experience in a similar role on
large scale MEP projects
Proficient in the use of 2D/3D CAD, Navisworks and Revit
Excellent technical writing and communication skills
Fluent English speaker
Must exhibit strong organisational skills and strong detail-oriented
work style, as well as an accommodating and proactive attitude
Work in a multi-disciplinary team in developing conceptual,
feasibility, and final designs for a wide variety of water treatment
projects
Strong detail-oriented work style, and an accommodating and proactive
attitude
IT Literate and Microsoft Office programs, including, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Outlook
Proficiency in MS Project is an advantage
